responsibilities：
1, engaged in routine laboratory work, organize experimental records and experimental reports;
2, understanding and familiar with the use and operation of the relevant experimental instruments, responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment and maintenance;
3, to assist other laboratory personnel to complete the task;
4, responsible for new product development and improvement of the original product;
5, responsible for product production process control, analysis and solve abnormal technical problems;
6, responsible for new products, new technology introduction and tracking;
7. Responsible for the technical improvement of existing production equipment and the introduction of new technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in analytical chemistry or related discipline;
2, able to independently design the experimental program, to create experimental conditions, completed a certain number of more complex experimental tasks, and write a higher level of experimental reports;
3, have a high sense of responsibility, serious and careful work, with strong practical ability, strong learning ability and ability to receive new things;
